Everyone involved in boiler plant is concerned with reliability. The modular type of plant will remove this concern because of its simplicity and fool-proof design.
The Basic Module
The key to the modular system is in the boiler design. Unlike conventional boilers the cast iron sections are horizontal and the water flow through the sections is in series not parallel. Immediate advantages are improved heat transfer and consequent reduction in boiler size and weight. Consistent water flow through each section reduces any tendency to overheat and eventual cracking of the cast iron surfaces. The water content is also considerably reduced giving a very responsive unit.
Infinitely variable output from 40kW upwards.
Cast Iron construction.
Compact minimum dimensions.
Can be installed anywhere – roof top, cellar, or any convenient space.
Will go through any normal doorway.
Are cheaper to run and install because the system can be varied to give you just the amount of heat you want – when you need it.
No independent standby is required.
Exceptionally low noise level.
Low water content – rapid response time – low standby losses.
